Whole building retrofit plan
Heritage Building Retrofit Toolkit, published by the City of London Corporation in March 2024, defines a whole building retrofit plan as: ‘A coherent plan which sets out the proposed retrofit measures for a particular building. In creating the plan, the effect and interaction of the measures will have been considered to ensure there is no adverse effect on the building fabric or the internal living environment. The plan could be staged over several years.’
